Finally a knit!

So over the weekend I picked up my needles again! It's been nearly 5 months since I've knit anything.
I did this Stripe hat out of yarn Lili had picked out (Borroco). She wants one her size now.
I'm working on a sweater/shawl from a new book I got called "The Expectant Knitter". It's new to me and full of cute stuff.
Hopefully I can knit some more on a regular basis, I tend to get more crafty the closer I get to the kid's date. I hand sewed Lili's crib blanket, bumper, and pillows, as well as her craddle bumpers and sheets. I was on bed rest for what seemed like forever with her!

June bug is moving more and more, and can now be seen. I call her the little alien, Although she wont move when others are around trying to catch a glimps. Lili kinda felt her yesterday, but everything is exciting to her so it's hard to say. Lili was a non mover for others too, she only moved for certain people other wise she'd go hiding in my ribs, I think June is going to be the same way!

Hope all is well with everyone! Warm weather is coming more and more everyday, be sure to get out and enjoy it!!!

How long should I go this time!

Hi guys, I swear I'm trying to keep up with this thing more. It's been a bit crazy a pre-teen boy, a three year old girl, a husband, 2 cats, and a healing puppy.

Axel went in about a month ago to get the big snip, and needless to say, there were complications. He had swelling in the scrotum area which caused the area to be three times bigger than it was before the surgery. He had massive busing, and way more than enough pain. He's been on pretty much total lock down for nearly a month, which for a lab puppy is not an easy thing. He's starting to see other puppies again, he saw Tripp the other day (my mothers dog) who isn't very fond of Axel, Tripp is a very dominant dog and Ax is so not in any way. But it ended well. Hopefully he'll be playing with the big dogs soon! Maybe he'll be out in the water soon too!

We did get some fun news! We will be having another GIRL! Her name will be June. We are still working on a middle name, but I'm pretty sure she'll be a June. Lili is very excited to have a sister to play with, and I think Adam is excited for another girl. I saved just about everything from when Lili was born so it's nice to not have to buy everything all over again!

I have lost the cable for my camera so until it is found I dont know when I will have pictures again.... sad I know!

OH! Cross your fingers for my mom today, she is going in for a drug test and then will be getting her first job since I was in school! She's going to be a receptionist at my oldest sisters job location, it's a rehab/ nursing home. It's a part time job but I am very excited for her. She has had many health issues the last couple of years and just the fact that she is able to apply for this job, let alone get it says how much she has been working on healing. I know she will have a great time getting out and meeting new people. CONGRATS MOM!

Lets see, There isn't a whole lot else going on, I still can't knit. I have been trying, but for everything I do, I screw it up and it takes 10 times longer than it should. It's like I'm back to year one of knitting! Thanks to my yarnsister for keeping the yarn flowing for me!

Talk to you all soon!

18 weeks and counting down

I know, I know, It's been a long time since I've been on to write. Cookin this kid has really taken the life out of me. Today would be 18 weeks, 3 days. Nearly to the half way mark and with no nauseua for about a week it's coming back this week. I'm tired of it...

We have been busy at home, even though it keeps snowing :(

I went out with S last weekend to Ikea and bought a big girl bed for Lili, a changing table/dresser for Rex, a new blanket set for Joe, and a New RED couch for my living room. Adam picked the color, but it's all good! I like it. My living room is starting to come together so I will have a comfy place to hang out with Rex the first couple of weeks recovering. I can't wait to just sit on the deck in the sun and relax with the new kidling. I wasn't able to do that with Lili since where we lived when she was little was an apartment building where I got stared at any time I went out side to play with my kids. (People were very odd there).

A and S moved into their house!!!! It's nice to know that we are all out of The Place (our last apartments - they lived in the other building). I'm so excited for them and things are coming along really nicely.

Still not Knitting, we go in on the 13th to find out the species of this kid so hopefully that will give me drive to go out and knit for it! I have crocheted a bit for a hexagon baby blanket, but I've lost the drive for that now to, it comes in waves. I've even been to tired to play the Wii which is less than a week old! I got it last week and am just too tired to play. Maybe once we move it up stairs it will be better!

Well, back to work, the boss man is out of town for the next 9 days and so now I'm the "bossman" I have no worries that all will flow smoothy! OH! I see quest is here to dig up my phone lines, I better post this before I loose the net all together!
Talk to you all sooner than later!
